Greetings and Namaste,
It has been a while since our last communication, hope everyone is feeling energized by the mid-winter full moon. Hope everyone is feeling the connecting threads weaving the collective on the world stage.

Here at Life In Balance world headquarters we have been focusing on our new music, healing work and setting up our next level of tours. We are active on all fronts. Our next series of CD releases will include a meditative CD, a global rhythm CD, and 3 CDs by Steve and will be music for Feng Shui, a lullaby and solo Shakuhachi CDs. Look for these releases in the next couple of months with the Life In Balance discs following shortly after.
Ami has started playing her quartz crystal bowls for various events and will be sounding her bowls for a Mantra Workshop with Yoga instructor Kendell Rominelli on February 6th in Pittsburgh, PA. Information is bellow.

Mantra Workshop with Ami & Kendell on February 6th.
Ami is partnering with Yoga teacher Kendell Romanelli in a series of Mantra workshops at School House Yoga (Pittsburgh, PA). Ami will bring the mantra sound healing vibrations deeper into the physical and energy bodies with her quartz crystal bowls.
A workshop designed for mantra meditation. It is not a call and response kirtan, but rather a gathering of voices that will raise the level of consciousness of the group. The workshop will begin with a brief discussion on the pronunciation and meaning of the mantra being chanted followed by a few easy exercises to warm the body and prepare it for sitting. Please feel free to bring meditation pillows. Chairs are available for those who would prefer not to sit on the floor. We will chant the mantra for 31 minutes. When we chant for 31 minutes the meditation begins to affect your whole mind, your aura, and all your body's internal organs. After chanting we will meditate on the vibrations we created for seven minutes and close with a long deep relaxation with the healing sounds of the crystal bowls. This month we will chant the mantra OM MANI PADME HUM. This mantra is one of the most well known in Tibetan Buddhism. By chanting this mantra we purify our energy to raise our awareness to compassion, love and wisdom. OM MANI PADME HUM is often translated as "The jewel (compassion) in the lotus (wisdom)".
This is a beautiful mantra to open the heart to love and compassion for yourself and all those around you.

We have a self released CD called "Soundhealer". This is the closest that we have come to capturing a live sound healing meditation on disc. "Soundhealer" includes the spoken DNA activation meditation that is used during our live sessions. "Soundhealer" is currently available only in a limited run and won't be sold in retail stores.
