A classic Sound Healing Meditation just added:
Life In Balance will be performing a classic deep sound healing meditation on Oct. 29th at Yoga On Centre in Pgh, PA. This will start at 2 in the afternoon.This will be our first Sound Meditation in the Pittsburgh since the spring.
We leave on our Southeast tour shortly after this. Come out and go deep.

This has truly been the summer for great live music! One of the bonuses of performing at the music festivals and events around the country is that it gives us the opportunity to hear many bands that would normally be below our radar. We got to hear everything from fusion great Brian Auger (twice) and Jam Masters Umphrey's McGee (twice) to the Trip Hip Hop grooves of DJ Logic, just to name a few. This has been a summer with music as sweet as a rose and emanating from everywhere.
We also submerged ourselves in completing our new CD, "OM to OHM" this summer. This
will be our first CD put out through major distribution channels and our first CD with lyrics!!!
Details will soon be announced.

PS/ It is time to make plans for the Universal Lightworkers Conference in Florida this
November. In spite of the havoc hurricane Wilma produced last year (on Ami's b-day!),
closing the Marriot and almost canceling the Conference, the Lightworkers prevailed. What a dynamic global group of light workers and reality shifters.

THE EVENTS
Our first event of the new session brings us back to the Delaware beaches. This is our first
return in almost 4 years!!! We are offering a double header for a continued immersion into
expanded reality, so come early and stay late!

When on the road it is nearly impossible to eat healthfully. So on our travels we search out
the local food co-op's. Pittsburgh has a wonderful food co-op and whenever possible we
perform at their events, festivals and fundraisers. The fun starts at noon with local art, music and food.

We provided some of the sound tracks for last year's Friends of the Riverfront Trail Mixer and it was such a gas we had to do it again. The full moon will add her own luminescence to one of the last outside evening events in Pittsburgh, and it's for a good cause, cleaner waterways!
